At Yihe Trade, we stand behind the quality of our fitness equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure your peace of mind.
Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled free of charge if requested before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return policy will apply.
Return Period: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they meet the conditions below.
Eligibility:
  • Products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging, accessories, and user manuals intact.
  • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Damages caused by improper use, installation, or negligence are not eligible for return.
Return Process:

  1. Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization (RA) number within 2 business days.
  1. Securely package the item and include the RA number on the outer box.
  1. Ship the item back using a trackable courier. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error on our part.
  1. Once we receive and inspect the item (typically within 5-7 business days), we will process your refund to the original payment method or arrange an exchange.
Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after inspection.
